Wayne is the Founder and CEO of VisionCSR, a sustainability consulting firm providing state of the art Corporate Social Responsibility reporting technologies, frameworks and assessment services to the international organisations.
As CEO of VisionCSR, Wayne was responsible for the development of the current Green Globe tourism standards, solution Center and the Green Globe Academy; the world’s first online e-learning initiative for sustainable tourism
Wayne is an ISO14001 Environmental Lead Auditor and has many years’ experience in the sustainable tourism arena.
Wayne’s career also includes over 10 years in the catering and hospitality industry working global Hotel organisations including Hyatt Hotels & Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation
Wayne also has extensive IT experience working with major software manufacturers in a range of roles from product engineering & support through to business development.
The InVision2050 CSR and sustainability software solution that underpins the Green Growth 2050 framework was conceived and developed by Wayne and his VisionCSR team.
Professor Geoffrey Lipman – Technical Adviser
Geoffrey is Founder and Creative Disruption Architect of Greenearth.travel, a global think tank network, promoting green growth and travelism (travel & tourism) and specializing in strategy, innovation and funding. His emphasis is on the link between low carbon transformation for smart sustainable mobility, lifestyles and destinations. He is also President of ICTP (International Coalition of Tourism Partners) and a Member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council. Geoffrey is Visiting Professor at Victoria University Australia, Hasselt University Belgium, Oxford Brookes University UK: Senior Research Fellow at George Washington University US and Environment Advisor to the Governor of Jeju Island.
Geoffrey was formerly Assistant Secretary General and Spokesperson of UNWTO, the World Tourism Organization: the first President of WTTC (World Travel & Tourism Council) and Executive Director IATA (International Air Transport Association) as well as founding partner in Global Aviation Associates. He has served on boards of public & private sector groups in Europe, M.East & Canada.
Geoffrey has written and lectured around the world on tourism strategy, sustainability and airline liberalization. He is co-author/editor of Green Growth and Travelism; Letters from Leaders and Green Growth and Travelism: Concept. Policy and Practice for Sustainable Tourism. He has co-authored studies on opening up European Aviation and on Airline Globalization established a Think Tank on Free Trade in the Air and led a major study on EU airline merger policy.
He was a member of 2 European Union High Level Commissions – on Airline Liberalization and on Tourism Employment as well as the UK Roundtable on Sustainable Development, the President of Zambia’s Business Advisory Council and the Ethiopia Think Tank.
